Many modern plate carriers now use quick release mechanisms, but they always come at the expense of not being able to easily adjust the fit. Agilite AG Mag Pouches are bungee retention pouches that allow you to easily and quickly pull or reindex warehouses with just one hand and without bungee retention tabs that get in the way. Bungee retention may pouches have been in use for over a decade because of how well they hold warehouses. but they have an inherent, annoying flaw. They make the removal or return of a mag a clumsy, two-convenient, two-motion process because the magazine sticks to the bungeelusjes. This is especially problematic with "tac reloads". AG pouches solve this age-old problem and go from HALO jump-level retention to safety, magazine pulling, magazine re-indexing and back without ever taking your dominant hand off your weapon. We don't believe in taking both hands off your weapon during a firefight, because we come from an environment where time outside the target and outside the weapon when the bullets fly around can easily cost you your life. Agilite AG Mag Pouches are bungee retention pouches that allow you to easily and quickly pull or reindex warehouses with just one hand and without bungee retention tabs that get in the way. Bungee retention may pouches have been in use for over a decade because of how well they hold warehouses. but they have an inherent, annoying flaw. They make the removal or return of a mag a clumsy, two-convenient, two-motion process because the magazine sticks to the bungeelusjes. This is especially problematic with "tac reloads". AG pouches solve this age-old problem and go from HALO jump-level retention to safety, magazine pulling, magazine re-indexing and back without ever taking your dominant hand off your weapon. We don't believe in taking both hands off your weapon during a firefight, because we come from an environment where time outside the target and outside the weapon when the bullets fly around can easily cost you your life. Sometimes you can't miss that time to intervene again, because by grabbing you have to look down or take your second hand off your weapon. AG pouches use a combination of specially developed polymer pull tabs and various reinforced materials that work together to provide the retention level of closed-top pouches, but the fast pulling ability, without hooks, of open-top pouches. Your equipment should allow you to focus on the threat – it shouldn't bother or annoy you. The custom-made polymer pull tabs allow for both mechanical and friction grip for a perfect grip, with or without gloves. The Edge is a 3-liter tactical hydration carrier. It can be attached directly to the K5 Plate Carrier or any other modular plate carrier using the K Series MOLLE Hydration Attach Straps. It can also be worn independently using the K Series Shoulder straps. The Edge accommodates the Hydrapak Tactical Hydration Reservoir selected by Agilite for its excellent durability and ease of use or other 3L hydration bladders of the same size. The sleek design is built to be extremely unobtrusive for use during urban battles in close-quarter. The opening is shaped so that the hydration resevior can easily slide in and out, even when it's full, without disconnecting the Edge from your rig. With the AMAP III Conversion Kit you can attach the Agilite AMAP III and other Agilite accessories directly to ANY plate carrier. Agilite-plate carriers are already equipped with the K-Series fastening system that allows you to attach assault packs directly. However, if your department or military unit requires a non-Agilite carrier, the conversion kit can be retrofitted in minutes and makes any plate carrier compatible with Agilite attack suits or hydration systems. After installation, you can put on and take off your Assault pack in seconds. The Conversion Kit is very unobtrusive, so it can be permanently applied to your back carrier or quickly removed when you are not using it. Why would I want to attach my attack pack directly to my plate carrier? By attaching your assault pack directly to your Plate Carrier, you'll be with one grip on your gear and survival system, whether it's out of your cage, your vehicle or from under your bed. When you need to get the HELO or when you're facing a bad guy, you have your Plate Carrier, armor, ammo, helmet, eye protection, supplies, etc. in one graspable unit, reducing your reaction time. It also means that in a firefight, you don't have shoulder pads on shoulder pads, all of which move independently of each other and unnecessarily swell your shoulders and forecloth. Also on the modern battlefield, more and more smart devices are being used and the closed-cell impact foam of the cover keeps them safe and protected in unforgivable military environments.
