    Due to its size, the 323 saddle sack is ideal for one or two day hunting trips: the backpack holds the necessary overnight equipment, provisions and other useful gadgets and tools comfortably. Once upon a time when men were made of steel and women as tough as nails, you could survive for weeks just with the saddle sack (or months, if you ask remote patrollers who served in wars), sleeping in the wilderness and eating what nature has to offer. Although the needs of a modern camper are different, a good backpack design is still a good backpack design. The traditional saddle sack is as fine a carrying device as it ever was, and it has the sort of a romantic retro vibe that you just cannot find in contemporary backpacks.

    COMPARTMENTS

    The main compartment of the bag (dimensions approximately 45 x 35 x 25 cm) is closed by tightening the opening which is covered with a flap that can be secured with leather straps. The straps are long enough to attach, for example, a rolled sleeping mat or blanket under the flap. If necessary, additional detachable straps can be used to lengthen the straps. The size of the main compartment of the backpack is large enough to fit even a heavy winter sleeping bag inside. The side pockets (dimensions approximately 33 x 10 x 6 cm) are closed with fitted flaps with good coverage and secured with leather straps. The side pockets are ideal for packing large Thermos flasks and other cumbersome, long supplies. The back pocket (dimensions approximately 20 x 30 x 6 cm) is closed with a flap equipped with two leather straps. You can pack plenty of small supplies into the generously sized outer pocket for quick and easy Access.

    OTHER ATTACHMENT POINTS

    There are attachment loops on the sides of the opening for detachable straps. By using straps, it is possible to attach long rolls, such as a blanket or a sleeping mat, securely on top of the bag. Ensure sturdy attachment by closing the flap of the bag over the roll.

    CARRYING SYSTEM

    A special feature of the saddle sack is its steel pipe frame which enables steady and comfortable carrying. The sturdy frame holds the bag firmly in shape and the horizontal leather strap stretched across the lower part of the frame sits comfortably against your lower back, keeping the bag itself from touching your back. The shoulder straps are wide leather straps, the length of which can be adjusted with buckles. Because of the steel pipe frame, it is much more comfortable to carry the saddle sack than a frameless backpack, particularly over long distances and with a heavy load.

This is a very simple, very bomb-free design. A zippered pocket on the inside of the lid provides secure storage for your wallet, keys, travel documents and phone. The locking system and compression straps on the side provide some adjustment to the volume of the backpack. Fasten it tightly or loosen it, depending on the load carried. The capacity of the Jääkäri S can be set from 20 to 30 litres, depending on how you fold the top cover. A hydration compartment is attached to the inner back wall. Tube ports on both sides allow you to guide the drinks long from the left or right, while the other port remains free for other uses, such as antennas or cables. The low-profile shoulder straps are made of 40 mm wide web, with ladder lock buckps in the lower corners of the bag for adjustment. With the 25 mm strap on top of the shoulder straps you can use chest straps, drinks hoses etc. Confirm. MILITARY GRADE MATERIALS Most of the materials we use for our commercial production are the same ones we use in equipment for the Finnish Armed Forces and other defense and security customers. Our most commonly used fabric in load carriers is extremely wear-resistant 1000D Cordura, according to FDF specifications, with polyurethane coating on the inside. The tires and edge tape we use are, again according to the FDF specifications, strong polyester bands in different widths and thicknesses for different applications. Our green and M05 camouflage materials and accessories meet the strict FDF specifications for NIR reflection levels as standard, as should be since the same materials are used in official military equipment. MODULAR AND CUSTOMIZABLE With PALS straps on the sides and the lid, you can attach extra bags and equipment. This system offers numerous options to customize the package to your specific needs. Not only for pouches, the PALS band can also be used for attaching utility straps, shock cord, carbine hooks etc. Four singelluses at the bottom can be used to attach utility straps. The Jääkäri S can be rolled up into a fairly tight package to carry in a larger backpack for use as a day backpack.

    The Carson NV-200 is a digital pocket night vision goggles and is the handy and affordable accessory to use during nightly observations. The monocular night vision goggles are very compact and lightweight, but have all the necessary functionalities to be able to see optimally in the dark. That means: including manual focus function, dioptre setting and built-in infrared light. Whether you're looking for animals, want to observe your private property, or just take a nighttime walk and be able to see where you're walking, these pocket night vision goggles will always come in handy! The viewer is digital, which means that you can use it both at night and during the day. The digital residual light amplifier has a wide field of view of no less than 19 degrees, so that you have a large part of the environment in sight with one look at all times. In addition, you can rely on a standard optical magnification of 1x. To create extra brightness and increase the viewing distance, the night vision goggles are equipped with a built-in infrared amplifier. The IR-Illuminator can be set in three levels: 100%, 60% and 30%. If you do not want to use it (e.g. during the day or at dusk), you can of course also switch it off completely. The viewing distance with the viewer is more than 150m (full moon) and you can detect a person or animal up to 50m in complete darkness, so without any form of residual light. The environment is projected in black and white for extra high contrast. With its 54 grams and compact dimensions, the night vision goggles are easy to carry and store. The unit comes standard with a wristband, so you can securely tie it around your hand, attach it to your keys and also store it directly in, for example, your jacket or trouser pocket.

    Application Carson Digital Pocket Night Vision Scope NV-200

    To use the compact residual light amplifier, place 3 AAA batteries (not included) in the compartment next to the eyepiece. You can then start the unit. The desired diopter setting is determined by turning the ring at the eyepiece. By rotating the ring near the lens, you manually focus the displayed image. This way you have an optimally sharp image at all times. If you do not use the unit for five minutes, it will be automatically turned off via the auto-shutdown function.
