The Agilite Modular Assault Pack III or "AMAP III" is the most versatile and universal military attack package on the market. The AMAP3 is an Assault/EDC Crossover pack that ranges from super low-profile for short raids (4 liters), to carrying significant payloads for longer missions or mid-mission changes (18 liters +8 liter Beavertail). 30 years of experience in building large military backpacks. The main upgrade is the new "Herma" buckle, a buckle that is both brand and female in one buckle. That makes it possible to attach it wherever you want. No more searching for the right buckle to connect with. The depth of the backpack is small, but the width and lengths are long to carry what you need, but to be as close to your body as possible makes it easier to carry it. Shaped to sit nice and tight along the back. Stiff head hole and cut out in the lid so you can lean your head back when carrying the backpack. Shoulder pads are made of foam plastic and 1mm hard plastic for comfort and an even balance of weight. They have a chest strap and handset/microphone attachment. The main compartment has a large U-shaped opening with zipper to access the upper part of the backpack. The opening is covered with PALS on the outside. The sleeping bag compartment in the bottom of the backpack is also accessible through a U-shaped opening in the bottom of the backpack. This compartment is made variable in size so that a large sleeping bag fits in it. Two removable 11-litre side pockets with zippered opening on both sides that are accessible when you're on the backpack or in the tent. With the AMAP III Conversion Kit you can attach the Agilite AMAP III and other Agilite accessories directly to ANY plate carrier. Agilite-plate carriers are already equipped with the K-Series fastening system that allows you to attach assault packs directly. However, if your department or military unit requires a non-Agilite carrier, the conversion kit can be retrofitted in minutes and makes any plate carrier compatible with Agilite attack suits or hydration systems. After installation, you can put on and take off your Assault pack in seconds. The Conversion Kit is very unobtrusive, so it can be permanently applied to your back carrier or quickly removed when you are not using it. Why would I want to attach my attack pack directly to my plate carrier? By attaching your assault pack directly to your Plate Carrier, you'll be with one grip on your gear and survival system, whether it's out of your cage, your vehicle or from under your bed. The Jääkäri M is an improved model of the Light Border Patrol backpack, originally designed for the Finnish Border Patrol. The sleek design offers unhindered movement in tight spaces and difficult terrain. The PALS fastener offers many options for fitting extra pockets and equipment on the outside of the backpack. An internal plastic frame blade gives the backpack stiffness, while the compression straps help you tie your load up to a tight package. As part of the Border Guard heritage, the shoulder straps, the lap belt and the back lining are designed to be more comfortable to wear than most backpacks of this size. A full-length side zip provides quick access to smaller items stowed in the main compartment. A zippered pocket on the inside of the lid provides secure storage for your wallet, keys, travel documents and phone. The floating lid and compression straps on the side offer a wide range of adaptability to the backpack's capacity. Fasten it tightly or loosen it, depending on the load carried. The compression straps ensure that additional equipment can be attached to the outside of the backpack if necessary. MILITARY GRADE MATERIALS Most of the materials we use for our commercial production are the same ones we use in equipment for the Finnish Armed Forces and other defense and security customers. Our most commonly used fabric in load carriers is extremely wear-resistant 1000D Cordura, according to FDF specifications, with polyurethane coating on the inside. The tires and edge tape we use are, again according to the FDF specifications, strong polyester bands in different widths and thicknesses for different applications. Our green and M05 camouflage materials and accessories meet the strict FDF specifications for NIR reflection levels as standard, as should be since the same materials are used in official military equipment. SUPPORT SYSTEM The Jääkäri M has an internal frame of plastic plate, giving it the necessary stiffness to stay upright when loaded with clumsy and bulky equipment. Both the shoulder harness and the lap belt are tightly filled with foam with closed cells. The shoulder harness is S-shaped and has a detachable chest strap. The forward-pulling lap belt is also easy to put on under load. The buckle on the side provides quick and easy opening when needed. The lap belt is equipped with an additional cushion for lower back support. CONNECTION OF FINNISH BORDER GUARD In the early 1990s, a compact Savotta walking backpack, simply called the "608", was chosen as the starting point for the design of a new day backpack for the Finnish Border Guard. This then changed to the 'Kevyt Rajapartio' or Lightweight Border Patrol backpack, a very modern backpack for its time: narrow design for mobility, side zipper, compression belts and rifle fastening. Most striking was a very sturdy carrying system and an aluminum reinforced frame - something you rarely see on packaging of its size. This venerable design was chosen in 2013 as the basis for the development of what would become the Jääkäri M, the first in the modern range of Savotta packs with a construction and functionality of military quality. Each organizer has two small pin loops and a varying number of large and flat loops. The large loops are 40 mm wide and 20 mm high, giving them a circumference of 120 mm. This is sufficient for a lot of ordinary items such as first aid supplies (bandages, turnstiles etc.), tools, battery cases, headlights, large chocolate bars etc. Under each large loop is a flat loop to hold smaller items such as pens, lighters, small chocolate bars etc. firmly in place.
