    DESCRIPTION The internal elastic webbing compartments are designed for our locally common Senop lead discs (45 x 60 x 5 mm), as used by the Finnish Defence Force, but they can also fit various other gear. In the large space under the elastic bands, a block of max. 100 x 80 x 20 mm, the two smaller weight compartments each fit a block of max. 45 x 80 x 15 mm. Because the pocket is open on the sides, you can guide the elastic of your goggles through it and it will stay firmly in place on the helmet no matter what. The elastic loops on the outside allow you to guide and tidy up cords, attach glow sticks, etc. The included screw buckles allow you to attach the case very securely to the back of your helmet, so that it does not move when it is weighted. Designed around the geometry of the Ops Core FAST XP high cut helmet shell, but also fits many other high cut helmets. The world is full of covers for high-cut helmets, but since 99% of these covers don't offer a real way to properly camouflage the helmet with foliage etc., we decided to unleash our offer on those as well. Made of 500D Cordura instead of regular garment fabric for high abrasion resistance. Unlike most high-cut helmet covers, which only have that zigzag cord at the top, our cover has elastic cord attachment points around the helmet shell. This allows you to camouflage your helmet well with foliage and the like. Because the elastic cord is not sewn to the cover, you can choose not to use it at all or to adjust or replace it as needed. The back of the case features a piece of 25mm webbing, with bartacked mounting points for IR strobes and the like. Then we have the standard loops on the sides, top and back for identifiers, patches, cameras, pockets for counterweight etc. The cover is attached via six pieces of one-wrap to pieces of hook on the inside of the helmet shell.     SIZE, FIT AND COMPATIBILITY The sizes are matched to the Ops-Core FAST helmet sizes. A cover in size L fits a helmet in size L, a cover in size XL fits on a helmet shell in size XL. At the moment we don't offer M or XXL size covers, but L size covers fit M size shells (and XL size covers also fit L size shells) with the elastic cord as a kind of size adjustment system. Don't forget that each cover comes with a piece of adhesive hook tape, use this to create suitable attachment points in your helmet for the attachment straps! With the elastic cord that surrounds the helmet, you can tighten and shape the case to better fit the contours of helmet shells of different shapes and sizes. In addition to the perfect match, the Ops-Core FAST XP, we also tested the fit on a number of other common helmet designs:

    *The current-generation PGD ARCH/MICH helmet rails are covered by the visor at the front and rear. This blocks access to the rear rail screws (NVD ballast bag attachment) and the NVD bungee cords at the front of the rails. You can easily customize the cover by carefully cutting small holes (and burning them gently to avoid fraying) for the bungees and screws. Changes to the cover are of course at your own risk!

    Compact waist bag with versatile internal organization and external attachment points. Waist bags are already very versatile, but the Kukkaro is even more so thanks to the many ways you can customize it to suit your specific needs.     Due to its size, the 323 saddle sack is ideal for one or two day hunting trips: the backpack holds the necessary overnight equipment, provisions and other useful gadgets and tools comfortably. Once upon a time when men were made of steel and women as tough as nails, you could survive for weeks just with the saddle sack (or months, if you ask remote patrollers who served in wars), sleeping in the wilderness and eating what nature has to offer. Although the needs of a modern camper are different, a good backpack design is still a good backpack design. The traditional saddle sack is as fine a carrying device as it ever was, and it has the sort of a romantic retro vibe that you just cannot find in contemporary backpacks.

    COMPARTMENTS

    The main compartment of the bag (dimensions approximately 45 x 35 x 25 cm) is closed by tightening the opening which is covered with a flap that can be secured with leather straps. The straps are long enough to attach, for example, a rolled sleeping mat or blanket under the flap. If necessary, additional detachable straps can be used to lengthen the straps. The size of the main compartment of the backpack is large enough to fit even a heavy winter sleeping bag inside. The side pockets (dimensions approximately 33 x 10 x 6 cm) are closed with fitted flaps with good coverage and secured with leather straps. The side pockets are ideal for packing large Thermos flasks and other cumbersome, long supplies. The back pocket (dimensions approximately 20 x 30 x 6 cm) is closed with a flap equipped with two leather straps. You can pack plenty of small supplies into the generously sized outer pocket for quick and easy Access.

    OTHER ATTACHMENT POINTS

    There are attachment loops on the sides of the opening for detachable straps. By using straps, it is possible to attach long rolls, such as a blanket or a sleeping mat, securely on top of the bag. Ensure sturdy attachment by closing the flap of the bag over the roll.

    CARRYING SYSTEM

    A special feature of the saddle sack is its steel pipe frame which enables steady and comfortable carrying. The sturdy frame holds the bag firmly in shape and the horizontal leather strap stretched across the lower part of the frame sits comfortably against your lower back, keeping the bag itself from touching your back. The shoulder straps are wide leather straps, the length of which can be adjusted with buckles. Because of the steel pipe frame, it is much more comfortable to carry the saddle sack than a frameless backpack, particularly over long distances and with a heavy load.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION The sauna has been a central and respected place in Finnish life for centuries, a place of birth and death, life and celebration. The word "hiisi" is old Finnish for a sacred place, a place of sacrifice or mystical power - the perfect family name for our sauna tents and accessories. The Hiisi 2 is a renewed design based on the old Hikimaja. The tent itself is actually a box with a sloping roof, not a center post. The corner poles are put into tubes on the outside of the tent, so that it is less crowded inside. The ceiling and wall materials are fire retardant for safety, but not fireproof, so sparks and flames will burn holes in them, so be careful. The interior is large enough for a double sofa, two people and the stove. The stove is placed in the far right corner, as seen from the entrance. The sofa is placed against the left wall, under the window. The window along the top edge of the sofa wall provides some light and a chance to look outside. The entrance is a simple zippered slot. A piece of cord is attached to the ceiling seam of the back wall, this is an attachment point for a sauna thermometer to help you monitor the temperature and not overheat the tent. The tent, poles and stakes can be neatly transported in a carrying case. Shoulder straps make it possible to carry a backpack and free up your hands for stoves or other accessories.
    INSTRUCTIONS - READ BEFORE USE! We recommend two to four people to set up the Hiisi 2. You need a hammer or something similar to hit the poles in the ground. We recommend using a sauna thermometer up to 100°C to prevent overheating and help you get the perfect temperature. 1. Find a suitable flat spot approx. 3.5 x 3.5 m, beware of dangers:
    • Dry grass and undergrowth, trees and branches (fire hazard).
    • Uneven surface (stove or users may stumble and fall).
    2. Unpack the tent canvas and insert the corner poles into the covers. 3. Spread the tent cloth with the poles approximately where you want it. 4. Aim one or two opposite corners at once:
    • Hammer a pole into the ground approx. 140/160 cm (wall height) from the corner.
    • Attach the corner guy line with a reliable knot to the pole.
    • Repeat until all the corners are in place and each shaving cord is fastened to the ground.
    5. Inspect the tent, correct if necessary by adjusting the poles, poles and ropes. 6. Install the stove and the sofa. 7. If necessary, attach a sauna thermometer up to 100°C to the line hanging from the ceiling.
    • The thermometer should hang 140 cm above the ground.
    8. Do not heat the interior above 75 ° C, extreme overheating can damage the tent and is unnecessary - it is steam that makes the sauna pleasant, not hot air. 9. Enjoy (with caution)! Warnings: This sauna tent is designed to be heated with the Savotta wood stove and stone rack. With improper use, the heated heater can cause numerous dangers and physical injury:
    • Savotta sauna tents are not designed for long-term stationary use and must be disassembled, cleaned, dried and stored indoors between uses. Sunlight will damage the substances over time. If you leave a tent upright for a few months, it will damage and any damage resulting from this type of abuse is not covered by our warranty.
    • To prevent damage to the tent from falling sparks, the chimney top should protrude 100 cm above the chimney gate. We recommend burning hardwood to minimize the risk of sparks.
    • Although the fabrics are fire retardant and self-extinguishing, they are not refractory - sparks and flames will damage the substance and burn holes in the fabric. Heater-heated tents will suffer from burnt holes due to sparks that touch the fabric during normal use. This is normal wear and tear and can be easily repaired if necessary. Our warranty does not cover fire damage due to normal or incorrect use.

The LW (lightweight) Griffin Sling is simple and unobtrusive, made of 25mm/1" webbing without any padding, for submachine guns and light rifles. Check out the MW if you want a little width and padding, or the HW if you need a good thick filling. QUICK ADJUSTMENT SLIDER The heart of the Griffin Sling is our patented slider for quick adjustment. Quick, effortless adjustment allows for an easy transition between carry-shoot-carry etc. under any circumstances. We know the world is full of buckles for adjusting slings, and most of them are pretty good too. We chose to design our own customization hardware for these simple reasons: 1) It must be solid metal with no moving parts 2) It must have the right toothing and protrusions to grip; 3) It must be compatible with the grip lip for use with winter handwear; 4) And it should preferably be made in Finland If you hate the tab of the webbing grip, or just don't need it or whatever, you can cut it off. The serrated sides and the protruding attachment point of the webbing provide good grip. INSTALLATION Since this is a simple two-point sling, you don't have to play with multiple ends of the webbing, only two. The 25mm/1" strap fits most sling swivels and fasteners out there. We make these with long enough woven ends to reach around most people. 1. Open the back loop by passing the woven end through the steel tri-glide buckle. Loop the belt through the sling-swivel, buckle, stock, or whatever attachment point you use on the back of your firearm. Thread the fabric through the buckle again and make a U-turn to lock it in place. 2. Open the front quick adjustment loop and remove the steel tri-glide from the tire. Loop the webbing through your front sling-swivel or buckle, reattach the steel tri-glide and loop the strap around the quick adjustment slider and back through the steel tri-glide. 3. Try to play around with different adjustment lengths on the front and back. Once you've found the right setting, you can roll up the excess webbing ends and stick them in neat bundles. Or, if you dare, cut and burn them. ORIGIN The Griffin Slings are the commercial offspring of a series of slings that we have designed for a military customer according to their requirements. Our customer needed good two-point tires for all types of small arms, including sniper rifles and light machine guns. The slings should carry an unpleasant weight as comfortably as possible, be equipped with a forward pulling force to be able to be extended quickly, fit on different fasteners and must be effective and reliable in "suboptimal conditions" (it is -30 °C, you suffer from sleep deprivation and wearing thick winter gloves and the use of NVGs that ruin your view of everything within arm's length). Then we went on to design the lighter medium version for carbines, and the lightweight one for SMG:s and the like. Because these turned out pretty well, we decided to make them available to the public.     Our magzijnpouches with lids are designed to transport your warehouses reliably, well protected in all conditions and to be easy to open even with thick winter gloves on. The lid keeps the worst mud, sand and snow out of the pouch. External reinforcement bands along the bottom ensure a longer lifespan, as these types of pouches are usually the first to wear out. At the very bottom is a drain grommet to drain the water. The back features our standard PALS attachment system with plug-in tabs. The fastening straps can also be woven into belt loops for belts 45-50 mm wide. A piece of elastic cord looped around the pouch provides adjustable retention and circumference adjustment. Not only ideal for loose pouches, but also for adjusting the bag for radios, IFAK inserts, etc. LID CLOSURE SYSTEM The lid of this pouch is closed with a polyethylene-reinforced tab and Velcro. A tuck-in loop is mechanically very simple, but extremely reliable compared to plastic buckles, press studs or simply with Velcro. This is virtually identical to the way the attachment straps on all of our PALS attachable pouches lock into place, only shorter and with a grip tab for quick opening. Thanks to the Velcro closure, the pouch remains securely closed even when half empty and can be closed quickly without putting the tab inside. The hook piece can be covered with a sewn-in loop piece for quiet operation. Pro tip: When using a brand new pouch for the first time, press down on the tab with your fingers to give it a C-bend. This makes it much easier to use, as its claw-like shape finds its way better into the small pouch with strap that locks it in. Don't worry, polyethylene (in all its boring low-tech glory) is highly wrinkle-resistant and won't crack or break, which is why we use it.     While natural foliage is the ultimate helmet camouflage, a bushy cover with a 3D effect might be the next best thing. Quick and easy to use, easy to customize. They effectively break up helmet silhouettes and provide quick camouflage adjustment to suit different environments. The design is very simple, a single flat piece of 500D Cordura with alternating zigzag shapes cut into it. The zigzag pattern is positioned in such a way that it creates an opening for NVG mounts on the front. Small slits have been cut around the edges for the elastic cord.     The cave-like, easy-to-pack bag and the wearing comfort of an external steel frame make the 339 a great choice for longer trips. A classic model from the 1950s, only the materials have been renewed over the years but the design has remained the same. Compartments The main compartment is closed by tightening the opening with drawstring which is covered with a flap that can be fastened with straps. The straps are long enough to, for example, attach a coiled sleeping mat or blanket under the flap. If necessary, additional detachable tyres can be used to extend the tyres. The contents of the bag can also be accessed quickly via the small side zipper on the right side of the opening. Special is that on the sides of the bag there are strings that can be used to tighten it to make the bag firm with less stuff in it, the adjustment range is about 10 cm. Conveniently, you can pack extra supplies behind the side cords, for example a camping axe. The side pockets are ideal for packing large thermos bottles and other cumbersome, long necessities. You can put lots of small necessities in the generous outdoor compartment for quick and easy access. SUPPORT SYSTEM The frame of the support device is the steel tube frame of the 339.     TENT REPAIR KIT The tent repair kit is suitable for repairing tents made of both cotton and cotton mix. The repair patches are fireproof pieces of cotton mix. The kit contains approximately 90 round spots for tents with a diameter of 5 cm and 6 cm, 2 pieces of 40 × 50 cm, 35 ml repair glue and instructions. The patches are intended for cotton mix fire-resistant tents, but they can also be used to repair non-fire-resistant tents. Perform repairs in a well-ventilated area. The glue irritates eyes and skin. The damaged area must be dry and clean from grease or dirt. Divide the glue on to the damaged area and the patch with a brush or spatula. Allow the glue to dry for 5-15 minutes, depending on the air temperature and relative humidity. Press the patch on the damaged area. Squeeze with your hands into the repaired area and make sure that the patch is securely secured by, for example, lightly beating with a rubber hammer. Note! The patch cannot be moved after repair. This is a very simple, very bomb-free design. A zippered pocket on the inside of the lid provides secure storage for your wallet, keys, travel documents and phone. The locking system and compression straps on the side provide some adjustment to the volume of the backpack. Fasten it tightly or loosen it, depending on the load carried. The capacity of the Jääkäri S can be set from 20 to 30 litres, depending on how you fold the top cover. A hydration compartment is attached to the inner back wall. Tube ports on both sides allow you to guide the drinks long from the left or right, while the other port remains free for other uses, such as antennas or cables. The low-profile shoulder straps are made of 40 mm wide web, with ladder lock buckps in the lower corners of the bag for adjustment.     DETAILED DESCRIPTION The sauna has been a central and honored place in Finnish life for centuries, a place of birth and death, life and celebration. The word "hiisi" is old Finnish for a sacred place, a place of sacrifice or mystical power - the perfect family name for our sauna tents and accessories. The Hiisi 4 is built around the basics of our field camps, corner poles, telescopic centre pole, shaving lines and pegs. The canines are inserted into covers on the outside of the tent, which makes the interior a little less crowded. The ceiling and wall material is fire retardant for safety, but not fire resistant, so sparks and flames will burn holes in it, so be careful. The interior is large enough for two double sofas, totalling four people, and the stove. The stove is at the back, benches on the sides. The window at the back lets in some light and lets you enjoy the view out. Two zippers are used to close the door, which can also be rolled up and secured by two strips of Velcro. A piece of cord is attached to the centre of the ceiling, which is intended as a confirmation point for a sauna thermometer to help you keep up with the temperature and not overheat the tent. The tent, poles and poles can be neatly stored in a carrier bag for transport. Shoulder straps allow you to carry a backpack so you have your hands free for cookers or other accessories.
    INSTRUCTIONS - READ BEFORE USE! We recommend two to four people to set up the Hiisi 4. You need a hammer or similar tool to smash the poles into the ground. We recommend using a sauna thermometer of up to 100°C to prevent overheating and help you get the perfect temperature.
    1. Find a suitable flat spot about 3.5 x 3.5 m, beware of dangers: Dry grass and undergrowth, trees and branches (fire hazard). Uneven surface (heater or users may stumble and fall).
    2. Unseed and insert the corner sticks into the sleeves.
    3. Spread out the tent sheet with the sticks approximately at the place you want it to have.
    4. Set one or two opposite angles at the same time: Hammer a stick about in the ground. 140 cm from the corner. Attach the corner rope to the pole with a reliable knot. Repeat until all corners are in place and each shaving line is pinned to the ground.
    5. Install the telescopic center pole, use the pen to adjust it for the correct height and tension.
    6. Inspect the tent, correct if necessary by adjusting the poles, poles and ropes.
    7. Install heater and benches.
    8. If available, attach a sauna thermometer of up to 100 °C to the line hanging from the ceiling. The thermometer should hang 150 cm above the ground.
    9. Do not heat the Hiisi 4 above 75 °C, extreme overheating can damage the tent and is not necessary - it is steam that makes the sauna pleasant, not hot air.

    WARNINGS - READ FOR USE! This sauna tent is designed to be heated with the Savotta wood stove and stone rack. If used incorrectly, the heated heater can cause numerous hazards and bodily injury:
    • Savotta sauna tents are not designed for long-term idling and must be disassembled, cleaned, dried and stored indoors between use. Sunlight will damage the substances over time. By keeping a tent upright for several months, it is damaged and any damage caused by this type of abuse is not covered by our warranty.
    • To prevent tent damage from falling sparks, the top of the chimney should protrude 100 cm above the chimney opening. We recommend firing hardwood to minimize the risk of sparks.
    • Although the substances are fire retardant and self-extinguishing, they are not fire resistant - sparks and flames will damage and burn holes in the fabric. Heater heated tents will in normal use incur some burnt holes due to sparks that touch the fabric. This is normal wear and tear and can be easily repaired if necessary. Our warranty does not cover fire damage due to normal or incorrect use.
    • Use only stones intended for sauna use. Incorrect stones can burst when heated and cause injury due to flying shrapnel.
    • Sparks and heat from the stove can ignite nearby combustible substances

QUICK ADJUSTMENT SLIDER The heart of the Griffin Sling is our patented slider for quick adjustment. Quick, effortless adjustment allows for an easy transition between carry-shoot-carry etc. under any circumstances. We know the world is full of buckles for adjusting slings, and most of them are pretty good too. We chose to design our own customization hardware for these simple reasons: 1) It must be solid metal with no moving parts 2) It must have the right toothing and protrusions to grip; 3) It must be compatible with the grip lip for use with winter handwear; 4) And it should preferably be made in Finland If you hate the tab of the webbing grip, or just don't need it or whatever, you can cut it off. The serrated sides and the protruding attachment point of the webbing provide good grip. INSTALLATION Since this is a simple two-point sling, you don't have to play with multiple ends of the webbing, only two. The 25mm/1" strap fits most sling swivels and fasteners out there. We make these with long enough woven ends to reach around most people. 1. Open the back loop by passing the woven end through the steel tri-glide buckle. Loop the belt through the sling-swivel, buckle, stock, or whatever attachment point you use on the back of your firearm. Thread the fabric through the buckle again and make a U-turn to lock it in place. 2. Open the front quick adjustment loop and remove the steel tri-glide from the tire. Loop the webbing through your front sling-swivel or buckle, reattach the steel tri-glide and loop the strap around the quick adjustment slider and back through the steel tri-glide. 3. Try to play around with different adjustment lengths on the front and back. Once you've found the right setting, you can roll up the excess webbing ends and stick them in neat bundles. Or, if you dare, cut and burn them. ORIGIN The Griffin Slings are the commercial offspring of a series of slings that we have designed for a military customer according to their requirements. Our customer needed good two-point tires for all types of small arms, including sniper rifles and light machine guns. The slings should carry an unpleasant weight as comfortably as possible, be equipped with a forward pulling force to be able to be extended quickly, fit on different fasteners and must be effective and reliable in "suboptimal conditions" (it is -30 °C, you suffer from sleep deprivation and wearing thick winter gloves and the use of NVGs that ruin your view of everything within arm's length). Then we went on to design the lighter medium version for carbines, and the lightweight one for SMG:s and the like. Because these turned out pretty well, we decided to make them available to the public. So, here you go: the Griffin Slings — fairly fast, low-bullshit slings, named after that mythical half-bird-half-cat creature for some peculiar reason. Main features

The two vertical fastening straps leave an approx. 9 cm wide gap, so you can carry items such as axes, fishing sticks, etc. behind the pouch. Optimal attachment requires a width of four channels and a height of six (min. five) rows of PALS webbing. The compression straps on the side of the backpack, when put on, will prevent any movement of the backpack and its contents. Of our own packs, we recommend the 12L side bag only for the Jääkäri XL. While this is not recommended, you can also make the bag suitable for smaller bags with an absolute minimum of six rows of PALS webbing on the sides, by attaching the bag a step higher and accepting that the bottom becomes a little limp. Examples of use With a capacity of twelve liters, this is a very large side bag, the PALS attachment is five channels wide. Best used on large and high backpacks of 70-100+ liters.
