Our magzijnpouches with lids are designed to transport your warehouses reliably, well protected in all conditions and to be easy to open even with thick winter gloves on. The lid keeps the worst mud, sand and snow out of the pouch.

External reinforcement bands along the bottom ensure a longer lifespan, as these types of pouches are usually the first to wear out. At the very bottom is a drain grommet to drain the water. The back features our standard PALS attachment system with plug-in tabs. The fastening straps can also be woven into belt loops for belts 45-50 mm wide.

A piece of elastic cord looped around the pouch provides adjustable retention and circumference adjustment. Not only ideal for loose pouches, but also for adjusting the bag for radios, IFAK inserts, etc.

LID CLOSURE SYSTEM

The lid of this pouch is closed with a polyethylene-reinforced tab and Velcro. A tuck-in loop is mechanically very simple, but extremely reliable compared to plastic buckles, press studs or simply with Velcro. This is virtually identical to the way the attachment straps on all of our PALS attachable pouches lock into place, only shorter and with a grip tab for quick opening.

Thanks to the Velcro closure, the pouch remains securely closed even when half empty and can be closed quickly without putting the tab inside. The hook piece can be covered with a sewn-in loop piece for quiet operation.

Pro tip: When using a brand new pouch for the first time, press down on the tab with your fingers to give it a C-bend. This makes it much easier to use, as its claw-like shape finds its way better into the small pouch with strap that locks it in. Don’t worry, polyethylene (in all its boring low-tech glory) is highly wrinkle-resistant and won’t crack or break, which is why we use it.
