Many modern plate carriers now use quick release mechanisms, but they always come at the expense of not being able to easily adjust the fit. The K19 uses our Egress™ Quick-release system and patented Fast-Adjust™ Cummerbund that can be adjusted and refined by the wearer in real time. Getting the perfect fit can depend on your specific mission gear, what you're wearing underneath (which can change halfway through the mission), or even how much you ate for lunch. We know that the ability to customize it yourself, on-the-fly, is critical to avoid unnecessary fatigue and impaired combat awareness. The K19 has a one-size-fits-all belly band and multi-size plate bag, eliminating the need to make complicated and risky size choices when buying. You know it will always suit you or members of your team, regardless of your gear or mission set. This is also important for procurement professionals who can be sure that it is a good fit for all their boys (or girls).
