MMPS - Multi Mission Pack System Berghaus' latest invention in the field of backpacks is the MMPS system. Developed in consultation with experts from the field, the Vulcan and Crusader backpacks were developed along with a number of useful extensions. For example, the Multi Mission Pack System (or MMPS) offers great flexibility and choice. The system makes it possible to adapt your backpack to the wishes you have for your trip. For example, it is possible to put together a backpack from 10 to 120 liters! But there are also a number of useful accessories to connect with all models of the MMPS system, such as a hydration pack. To explain how the MMPS system works, we would like to give you an example of a number of possible combinations with this backpack! By default with this model you have:

a daypack of 20 liters (the 2 side pockets together)

a larger backpack of 80 liters

or a 100 liter backpack (2 side pockets + the backpack itself)

If you buy an MMPS Organiser Pocket, you suddenly have a handy side pocket where you can, for example, store your first aid equipment, navigation or camera and take it loose as a daypack. If you prefer more flexible storage space: choose the MMPS Large Side Pockets of 15 liters each, (can be combined into a daypack of 30 liters) or opt for extra standard MMPS Side Pockets of 10 liters each. These can be linked to this daypack. The MMPS system becomes completely flexible if you purchase an MMPS Centurio daypack of 30 or 45 liters. With 2 backpacks you already have a complete line that is suitable for every situation! For example: if you buy an MMPS Vulcan (80+20ltr) and a Centurio 45ltr, and you choose a set of MMPS Large Side Pockets of 15 liters each, then with 2 backpacks at once you have the following choices in terms of content:

20 liter day backpack (the 2 side pockets)

UphillSport OPERATOR is a Tactical 4-Layer sock for warmer conditions. Developed for the Dutch Marines. Sole part is 4-layer structure with polypropylene next to the skin with added silver ions. The next layer is bamboo for moisture absorption and comfort. Merino wool has been added to the underside of the sole as the outer and most inner layer. Merino wool breathes and wicks away moisture. If you need heat, merino will also keep you warm. The shaft is made of a mixture of bamboo, polyamide and lycra. Very thick for comfort, good fit and high moisture absorption. Operator keeps your boots dry. Note that bamboo material takes a long time to dry, this is the property of keeping the moisture inside the fiber and not wetting the boots.
