The updated Vortex Red Dot Rifle Scope Spitfire HD Gen II 5x offers ultra-fast playback even without lighting. The prism design and etched reticle solve the distortion problems for users plagued by astigmatism. The optics provide better sharpness and reduce chromatic aberration. In addition, the renewed Spitfire HD Gen II 5x with the layer of built-in turrets has a streamlined appearance and is lighter in weight and optically smaller. With the new mounting system, you are no longer limited to one mounting height.
Application Vortex Red Dot Rifle Scope Spitfire HD Gen II 5x
The Vortex Red Dot Rifle Scope Spitfire HD Gen II 5x can be used on the shooting range but also works perfectly for hunting at the medium distance. It features new AR-BDC4 reticle design with bright red illumination for quick fixation at known distances. The Vortex Spitfire HD Gen II is also equipped with two night vision settings and the Red Dot can also be used when there is hardly any ambient light.
Properties of the lenses
- HD Optical System; Optimized with selected glass elements for exceptional resolution, reduced chance of chromatic aberration, excellent color fidelity and optimal light transmission. The Spitffire HD is sharp from edge to edge.
- Fully multi-coated: Increase light transmission with multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air glass surfaces.
Housing features
- Ultra compact and lightweight design; Robust construction that is still compact and lightweight.
- Waterproof O-ring seals prevent moisture, dust and dirt from entering. This way you are guaranteed reliable performance in all circumstances.
- Shockproof, the robust construction is resistant to bumps and even drops.
- Fog-free Argon gas cleaning prevents internal fogging of the binoculars over a wide temperature range.
- Matte black low gloss finish; Corrosion and wear-resistant anodization creates a matte surface with little glare and helps camouflage the shooter’s position.

The Vortex Spiftire HD Gen II series consists of two models where only the Vortex Red Dot Rifle Scope Spitfire HD Gen II 5x is supplied including MRDS (Micro Red Dot Sights) mounting plate for use with Vortex Viper or Venom.
You can place the Viper or Venom on top of the Spitfire HD so that you can, for example, shoot at two distances without having to adjust again without any problems.
