Common tarp systems are often small and rectangular, which makes the design and construction of a suitable shelter for inclement weather difficult: the Snugpak® All Weather Shelter is 3 m² in size, making it possible to include both users and their equipment in a variety of traditional tarp configurations, as well as more ingenious, freestanding styles, with different equipment, such as walking sticks, paddles etc. Detached shelters can be built in environments and on grounds without the traditional need for perfectly spaced trees. This makes it an ideal retreat where you can prepare and change clothes as needed. In a time-critical emergency, where a victim needs to be moved for safety reasons, the All Weather Shelter can be configured as an emergency stretcher.
