In its size category, the Kevyt Rajapartio is an unusually sturdy backpack to carry. The internal support frame reinforced with aluminum keeps the backpack firmly in shape, even with a heavy load. With the compression straps of the bag, even a pack that is not full can be fastened so that it sits firmly and does not move back and forth. Compartments The bag (dimensions approximately 50 x 25 x 10–20 cm) is closed by tightening the opening of the drawstring, which is secured with a waterproof protective collar that also allows overpackaging. The opening is covered with a flap that encloses the top of the backpack and is fastened with straps. The generous length of the straps offers plenty of space under the flap to overpack. The contents of the upper compartment are also quickly accessed from the right side via a vertical zipper that runs over the full height of the backpack. Against the back in the bag is a pocket the size of the entire back for the supporting frame of the backpack. The compartment is also ideal for carrying, for example, a water bag or other flat stuff. There's a holder for a thermos bottle in the bag, so you can always find him where it should be. With the four compression straps on the sides of the backpack, the bag can be pulled compactly, even if it is not full. The flap of the bag has a flat zippered compartment for small items (dimensions approximately 20 x 20 cm). OTHER ANCHORAGES On the flap at the back of the backpack and at the bottom of the bag you will find fastening loops to carry a rifle. The loops are also equally suitable for carrying other exceptionally long devices. The load is secured by tightening a belt that encloses the entire backpack. It is also possible to attach items that would not otherwise fit in the backpack behind the compression straps of the bag. The bottom of the backpack has four fastening loops for detachable straps. Tying to the bottom is an excellent method of wearing for, for example, rolled-up sleeping mats. On both sides of the hip belt are fastening loops for dangling small objects. SUPPORT SYSTEM The wide, anatomically shaped, sturdy shoulder straps and the well-padded hip belt ensure supported and comfortable wearing. The hip belt buckle can be quickly detached with one hand, which is a very valuable feature in a possible emergency. The nodded chest strap provides extra comfort and support when wearing. With the support handle on the top, the backpack is also easy to carry by hand. The back is reinforced with a very durable plastic plate frame on which two vertical aluminum rods are attached with rivets. This lightweight frame keeps the backpack upright and is comfortable to carry, even with a slightly heavier load. The support frame can also be removed from the backpack if desired. The generously sized and sturdy cushions against the back are a rarity in a backpack of this category and make the Kevyt Rajapartio a surprisingly comfortable little backpack to carry.
