Uphillsport OPS is designed for high performance requirements. Overnight stays can range from hot to freezing cold. OPS is inspired by multi-day hikes and changing conditions. The multi-layer structure wicks moisture away from the skin and keeps your feet warm and dry. The special combination in our multilayer with polypropylene and merino wool performs perfectly and adapts to changing conditions. Two layers of merino wool keep air in for ventilation and insulation for a Drytech solution. The Drytech sock is designed to dry quickly at night and does not absorb sweat and odor. Our Merino wool is always mouse-free and adds warmth and breathability. Uphillsport OPS socks are made with a 4-layer structure. This ensures perfect warmth, moisture regulation and breathability, but the sock is medium in thickness. OPS has a thermal degree of level 5. The foot section of the OPS Sock has a fitted heel and elastane grip on the arch of the foot. This provides good support in the middle of the foot and provides extra comfort because the sock remains wrinkle-free in place. No more blisters with OPS socks. Merino is knitted as terry cloth on the sole; this increases softness and comfort with every step, whether you're going uphill or downhill. OPS is made at calf length to rise well above the boot. Socks may appear smaller after washing - it is recommended to reshape the socks after washing for a better fit. UphillSport OPERATOR is a Tactical 4-Layer sock for warmer conditions. Developed for the Dutch Marines. Sole part is 4-layer structure with polypropylene next to the skin with added silver ions. The next layer is bamboo for moisture absorption and comfort. Merino wool has been added to the underside of the sole as the outer and most inner layer. Merino wool breathes and wicks away moisture. If you need heat, merino will also keep you warm. The shaft is made of a mixture of bamboo, polyamide and lycra. Very thick for comfort, good fit and high moisture absorption. Operator keeps your boots dry. Note that bamboo material takes a long time to dry, this is the property of keeping the moisture inside the fiber and not wetting the boots. UphillSport Rova has 4-layer structure and it's great for year-round use. The sock was developed for the hunting grounds of Lake Rova and the rugged, challenging conditions there. The sole has a 4-layer structure that helps prevent moisture from being absorbed. Inner layer is polypropylene with silver ions to make it antibacterial. The next layer is merino wool that carries moisture away from the skin. It also works as insulation against the cold. Merino wool does not stink, even with prolonged use. The outer layer is also made of merino wool and provides breathability and warmth. The shaft is made of merino wool reinforced with elastane so that the sock stays in place. Extra reinforcement has been applied to the ankle and foot cavity, making it even better to fit. Sock has seamless toe. We recommend Rova for fishing and hunting.
