Really nothing special, but exactly what you need for a side pocket on your backpack. The zipper is covered for extra water repellency and protection against wear and dirt. The vertical webbings on the front keep the compression straps of your backpack neatly in place over the pouch, so that they can also compress the pouch well. These can also be used as attachment points for bungee cords, carabiners, and things like that. A 25 mm webbing loop and D-ring on the top of the rear inner wall make it possible to secure small and important items, the flat rear compartment provides rudimentary organization for smaller items. The bottom and the lower half of the sides are lined with 210D polyamide for extra wear resistance. A through-through opening allows for the drainage of water that could seep into the bag. The back is equipped with our standard PALS fastening web belt system with folding tabs. The middle horizontal rows were omitted because they didn't really do anything other than add weight. We are not a manufacturer of ultra-light stuff, but even we do not like unnecessary weight. UphillSport OPERATOR is a Tactical 4-Layer sock for warmer conditions. Developed for the Dutch Marines. Sole part is 4-layer structure with polypropylene next to the skin with added silver ions. The next layer is bamboo for moisture absorption and comfort. Merino wool has been added to the underside of the sole as the outer and most inner layer. Merino wool breathes and wicks away moisture. If you need heat, merino will also keep you warm. The shaft is made of a mixture of bamboo, polyamide and lycra. Very thick for comfort, good fit and high moisture absorption. Operator keeps your boots dry. Note that bamboo material takes a long time to dry, this is the property of keeping the moisture inside the fiber and not wetting the boots.
