Our laser-cut IFAK bag is designed to store an operator's personal medical kit, including combat mesh, CAT and/or trauma bandage. They are all safely stored in a removable cover that fits into the outer cover. The cover and medkit are held securely in place by elastic sides and Velcro. A large tab with non-slip Hypalon coating is attached to the inner cover and if you pull it with force, the inner cover comes loose from the otter pouch, allowing you to open it quickly and easily with one hand.
