The pouch is held firmly in place by Velcro and supported by webbing. Pull back the Velcro and use the pouch in the traditional shape or pull the pouch to tear the pouch off the panel. Thus, it can be immediately passed on to another user or injured person, and the owner can continue with the mission or go to the target.
The Medic Rip Off pouch takes up 4 rows of MOLLE on any compatible chest strap or bag.
