The updated version of our 50L Mission backpack. The main upgrade is the new "Herma" buckle, a buckle that is both brand and female in one buckle. That makes it possible to attach it wherever you want. No more trying to find the right buckle to connect with. The interior is colored light gray to make it easier to find what you're looking for without becoming a beacon, visible to the enemy. A classic backpack with a lid. Designed to match the natural shape of your spine. The lid can be removed and used as a hip bag. It has an outer and inner zippered pocket and an elastic shock cord at the top. Roll top opening/closing in the main compartment keeps snow and dirt out. The bag has a frame with a plastic plate and aluminum bars on the back to make it sturdy, but customizable. Shoulder pads are made of foam plastic for comfort and even weight balance. They have a chest strap. Inner pocket and hanger for a drinking system. MOLLE strap on the sides of the backpack, to which more pockets can be attached. Two side pockets (26-02140A0-000) can be attached to the backpack with zippers (not included). On the back of the backpack, we added a holder that can be hidden inside the backpack or exposed to a helmet or other large piece of equipment. Padded hip belt with MOLLE strap to attach pockets. The belt can also be used as a lightweight combat belt. The hip belt is adjustable in height. Roll up the ends of all the straps to keep them tight. An effective, simple and reliable two-point sling, originally designed for a special military customer of ours. The LW (lightweight) Griffin Sling is simple and unobtrusive, made of 25mm/1" webbing without any padding, for submachine guns and light rifles. Check out the MW if you want a little width and padding, or the HW if you need a good thick filling. QUICK ADJUSTMENT SLIDER The heart of the Griffin Sling is our patented slider for quick adjustment. Quick, effortless adjustment allows for an easy transition between carry-shoot-carry etc. under any circumstances. We know the world is full of buckles for adjusting slings, and most of them are pretty good too. We chose to design our own customization hardware for these simple reasons: 1) It must be solid metal with no moving parts 2) It must have the right toothing and protrusions to grip; 3) It must be compatible with the grip lip for use with winter handwear; 4) And it should preferably be made in Finland If you hate the tab of the webbing grip, or just don't need it or whatever, you can cut it off. The serrated sides and the protruding attachment point of the webbing provide good grip. INSTALLATION Since this is a simple two-point sling, you don't have to play with multiple ends of the webbing, only two. The 25mm/1" strap fits most sling swivels and fasteners out there. We make these with long enough woven ends to reach around most people. 1. Open the back loop by passing the woven end through the steel tri-glide buckle. Loop the belt through the sling-swivel, buckle, stock, or whatever attachment point you use on the back of your firearm. Thread the fabric through the buckle again and make a U-turn to lock it in place. 2. Open the front quick adjustment loop and remove the steel tri-glide from the tire. Loop the webbing through your front sling-swivel or buckle, reattach the steel tri-glide and loop the strap around the quick adjustment slider and back through the steel tri-glide. 3. Try to play around with different adjustment lengths on the front and back. Once you've found the right setting, you can roll up the excess webbing ends and stick them in neat bundles. Or, if you dare, cut and burn them. ORIGIN The Griffin Slings are the commercial offspring of a series of slings that we have designed for a military customer according to their requirements. Our customer needed good two-point tires for all types of small arms, including sniper rifles and light machine guns. The slings should carry an unpleasant weight as comfortably as possible, be equipped with a forward pulling force to be able to be extended quickly, fit on different fasteners and must be effective and reliable in "suboptimal conditions" (it is -30 °C, you suffer from sleep deprivation and wearing thick winter gloves and the use of NVGs that ruin your view of everything within arm's length). Then we went on to design the lighter medium version for carbines, and the lightweight one for SMG:s and the like. Because these turned out pretty well, we decided to make them available to the public. So, here you go: the Griffin Slings — fairly fast, low-bullshit slings, named after that mythical half-bird-half-cat creature for some peculiar reason. With the AMAP III Conversion Kit you can attach the Agilite AMAP III and other Agilite accessories directly to ANY plate carrier. Agilite-plate carriers are already equipped with the K-Series fastening system that allows you to attach assault packs directly. However, if your department or military unit requires a non-Agilite carrier, the conversion kit can be retrofitted in minutes and makes any plate carrier compatible with Agilite attack suits or hydration systems. After installation, you can put on and take off your Assault pack in seconds. The Conversion Kit is very unobtrusive, so it can be permanently applied to your back carrier or quickly removed when you are not using it. Why would I want to attach my attack pack directly to my plate carrier? By attaching your assault pack directly to your Plate Carrier, you'll be with one grip on your gear and survival system, whether it's out of your cage, your vehicle or from under your bed.
