With the roll top at the top, the zipper at the bottom and a drawstring distributor on the inside, you can use the main pocket in any way you want. By opening the distributor, the main pocket turns into a huge hollow space, allowing you to pack very large and long items. The zipper at the bottom provides quick access to all the gear you need most during the day, while the roll top provides weatherproof protection for most of your gear. The lower zippered compartment features elastic compression straps on the inside and four small mesh pockets to organize your gear. The length adjustable lap belt and shoulder belt can be moved both up and down the frame to be suitable for users with a length of 160-200 cm. The external LJK tubular aluminium frame ensures that the backpack does not hang and transfers the weight of the backpack to your hips, even when loaded with heavy and cumbersome load. The Savotta Horizontal Pocket S is a simple and practical pocket with a capacity of one litre. LIGHT BORDER PATROL Known in Finnish as the Kevyt Rajapartio, originally designed for the Finnish border guard. Capacity approx. 25 l. Compact, simple and versatile. Due to its slim shape, the backpack will not get in the way even in tight spaces and is ideal for skiing and hunting. In its size category, the Kevyt Rajapartio is an unusually sturdy backpack to carry. The internal support frame reinforced with aluminum keeps the backpack firmly in shape, even with a heavy load. With the compression straps of the bag, even a pack that is not full can be fastened so that it sits firmly and does not move back and forth. Compartments The bag (dimensions approximately 50 x 25 x 10–20 cm) is closed by tightening the opening of the drawstring, which is secured with a waterproof protective collar that also allows overpackaging. LJK This heavy backpack with external frame was originally designed for paratroopers of the Finnish army in the early 1980s. Capacity approx. 80 l. This backpack, designed for heavy military use, can be used more heavily than most users, such as a free fall of an aircraft. Given its properties, LJK is also suitable for average users and it is an excellent choice for those looking for a lifetime collaboration. The LJK backpack was launched in 1985. Originally designed for military use, the backpack was also warmly welcomed by civilian users. The special features of the model are a frame without the upper curve, which makes moving easier because it does not get in the way of the head. There are no pockets on the sides of the backpack in the lower section, which makes cross-country skiing with the backpack more comfortable. The LJK backpack is still used in the Finnish Armed Forces and is just as popular with recreational users. A traditional backpack with external frame is at its best with a heavy load, but is also suitable for lighter trips. The external tube frame ensures air circulation between the user's pocket and back, significantly reducing the heat load. LJK MODULAR A modular, heavy-duty backpack with external frame, designed for the Finnish Armed Forces in 2008. Capacity approx. 80 l. The modular LJK is designed to meet the needs of the armed forces for a modern military backpack. The characteristics and details are well thought out according to the needs of the 21st century without compromising durability and reliability in extremely heavy military use. The backpack can be customized to your needs with separate pockets and numerous attachment points. There's not much left of the old LJK backpack, except for the name, external frame design and a construction that can withstand pretty much anything. The compartments and structure of the entire backpack have been completely redesigned. The end result is more practical than before and considerably more versatile. The modular LJK has also proved to be a functional and reliable carrier when used by the Finnish armed forces and the Finnish border guard. A traditional backpack with external frame is at its best with a heavy load, but is also suitable for lighter trips. The backpack comes with four two-piece buckles that can be moved freely between the backpack's attachment points. By default, they are used to strengthen the attachment of the side boxes. There is a lot of MOLLE webbing on top of the flap, on the sides, back and bottom of the bag and in the lower compartment for attaching additional pockets. You can also easily tie supplies to the girth using detachable straps. The lower corners of the bag have open pockets to attach long devices, e.g. an axe handle, to the side of the backpack. The lower corners of the shoulder straps have loops that serve as attachment points for small objects, such as water bottles. SUPPORT SYSTEM The frame of the support system is the strong aluminium tube frame of the LJK model. Unlike civilian backpacks, it has no upper bend because the bend easily sits in the head's way when it is necessary to move on rough terrain. Furthermore, the frame is reinforced with additional support blocks. The shoulder straps and waistband are firmly padded and anatomically shaped. In addition, the lower back is supported by a separate thick pillow. The buckle of the hip belt is a special plastic buckle that can be pulled in both directions and can be opened by pressing on the middle. The nodded chest strap provides extra comfort and support when wearing. The stepless adjustable (in length and width) supporting support support system and hip belt of the backpack can be adapted to users of all different heights and sizes. It is possible to adjust the center of gravity of the shoulder straps even while walking by tightening and loosening the straps attached to the top of the frame.
