Merinofit merino wool multisport socks have been developed to meet the needs of winter sports, from running to skiing! The elastic leg conforms to the foot and keeps the sock in place, while the ankle length protects against the cold. Due to the slim construction, the sock fits well in a running shoe or tight-fitting ski mountain boots. The soft merino wool material is breathable and warm to the touch. It effectively wicks moisture away from the skin, keeping it comfortable during training. Dry skin is also not prone to blistering. This product is also made in Sukkamestarei’s own factory in Ylöjärvi with 100% Finnish labour.

Care instructions:
- We recommend pre-washing merino wool socks before use
- For sea socks, just airing is often enough
- Wash carefully at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius
- Spin as light as possible
- The use of a laundry bag saves wear and tear on the product
- Do not use detergents that contain rinsing or bleaching agents
- Do not use a tumble dryer or drying programs
- Please note that merino wool socks shrink during washing, shape/stretch the socks when damp to restore the original size.
- Use a lint remover – merino wool socks get fluffy easily from rubbing

Wool is a warm and breathable material. Sheep’s wool has excellent performance characteristics, as it breathes well and insulates heat. The natural fiber is self-renewing and biodegradable, absorbs moisture well, does not wrinkle and straightens quickly. For wool products, airing instead of washing is sometimes sufficient. Wool is naturally fire retardant and highly resistant to bacteria and fungi.
