Ballistol Universal Oil was developed in 1904 and has been produced in Germany since then according to an unchanged recipe. All active ingredients in Ballistol Universal Oil are particularly pure, of organic origin and completely degradable. The base oil for Ballistol Universal Oil is medicinally pure, free of chlorinated hydrocarbons and contains no substances of animal origin.
In addition, Ballistol Universal Oil is silicone, PTFE, acid and resin-free and harmless within the meaning of Articles 30, 31 of the Food, Consumer Goods and Feed Act (LFGB) and Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. Ballistol Universal Oil is therefore suitable for the care and maintenance of machines and appliances used in the food and beverage industry that may come into contact with the product.
Ballistol Universal Oil cleans, maintains, protects, preserves and dissolves rust and residues such as resins of unsuitable oils and is applicable to wood, leather, stainless steel, iron, non-ferrous metals and oil-resistant rubber. As a universal oil, it can be used in an incredibly versatile way – in professional and hobby workshops, for industry and trade, cars and motorcycles, household and garden, for fishing, sports and for leather and weapon care.
