Demanding conditions in the wilderness often require improvised shooting positions to get above the undergrowth or other obstacles. The 3HGR will enable you to use trees, poles, beams and other vertical objects for additional support. With the 3HGR it is possible to deliver an accurate shot from a variety of shooting positions, shoot upward or downward at steep angles, rapidly switch between targets and even shoot at moving targets.
BIPOD-COMPATIBLE
The 3HGR is an excellent choice if, for example, the undergrowth, steep shooting angles, uneven or too soft substrate, such as deep snow, make the use of other supporting gear particularly challenging. The 3HGR also works perfectly with most bipod models by attaching them to the sling swivel stud located in the bottom of the gun rest. Designed to be used with paratroopers’ LJK backpacks, the 202 has already become a classical concept. This is an extremely simple and very durable backpack, which is suitable for everyday use as well as for use in the forest. From the very beginning, the 202 was designed to be as light and simple as possible, so it could be packed easily and tightly. The 202 can be carried inside a bigger backpack from where it can be taken out to be used on shorter trips. The original idea for the use was that longer walks and trips were taken with the LJK backpack and the 202 was taken out and packed with the necessary supplies for shorter scouting etc. trips.

The main compartment of the Backpack (dimensions about 42 x 27 x 15 cm) is closed with a two-way zipper. The inside is without any additional compartments so even special and large items can fit in. Due to its slim shape, the backpack does not stand in the way even in tight spaces and is ideal for skiing and hunting. In its size category, the Kevyt Rajapartio is an unusually sturdy backpack to carry. The aluminium-reinforced internal support frame keeps the backpack in strong shape even when heavy loads. With the compression straps of the bag, even a backpack that is not full can be put on so that it sits firmly and does not rock. Compartments The bag (approximately 50 x 25 x 10-20 cm dimensions) is closed by tightening the drawstring opening secured with a waterproof protective collar that also allows overfrapping. The opening is covered with a flap that encloses the top of the backpack and is fastened with straps. The generous length of the tyres offers a lot of space under the flap for overpackaging. The contents of the upper compartment can also be accessed quickly from the right side via a vertical zipper that runs over the full height of the backpack. Binding to the bottom is an excellent method of wearing for, for example, coiled sleeping mats. On both sides of the lap belt there are fastening loops to attach small items. A full-length side zip provides quick access to smaller items stowed in the main compartment. A zippered pocket on the inside of the lid provides secure storage for your wallet, keys, travel documents and phone. The floating lid and compression straps on the side offer a wide range of adaptability to the backpack's capacity. Fasten it tightly or loosen it, depending on the load carried. The compression straps ensure that additional equipment can be attached to the outside of the backpack if necessary. External side pockets at the bottom can be used to provide tools, tripods etc. Secure to the sides of the backpack. A hydration compartment is attached to the inner back wall. Tube ports on both sides allow you to guide the drinks long from the left or right, while the other port remains free for other uses, such as antennas or cables. With PALS straps on the backpack's lap belt, sides and lid, you can attach extra bags and equipment. This system offers numerous options to customize the package to your specific needs. Not only for pouches, the PALS band can also be used for attaching utility straps, shock cord, carbine hooks etc. Four singelluses at the bottom can be used to attach utility straps. MILITARY GRADE MATERIALS Most of the materials we use for our commercial production are the same ones we use in equipment for the Finnish Armed Forces and other defense and security customers. Our most commonly used fabric in load carriers is extremely wear-resistant 1000D Cordura, according to FDF specifications, with polyurethane coating on the inside. The tires and edge tape we use are, again according to the FDF specifications, strong polyester bands in different widths and thicknesses for different applications. Our green and M05 camouflage materials and accessories meet the strict FDF specifications for NIR reflection levels as standard, as should be since the same materials are used in official military equipment. SUPPORT SYSTEM The Jääkäri M has an internal frame of plastic plate, giving it the necessary stiffness to stay upright when loaded with clumsy and bulky equipment. Both the shoulder harness and the lap belt are tightly filled with foam with closed cells. The shoulder harness is S-shaped and has a detachable chest strap. The forward-pulling lap belt is also easy to put on under load. The buckle on the side provides quick and easy opening when needed. The lap belt is equipped with an additional cushion for lower back support. CONNECTION OF FINNISH BORDER GUARD In the early 1990s, a compact Savotta walking backpack, simply called the "608", was chosen as the starting point for the design of a new day backpack for the Finnish Border Guard. This then changed to the 'Kevyt Rajapartio' or Lightweight Border Patrol backpack, a very modern backpack for its time: narrow design for mobility, side zipper, compression belts and rifle fastening. Most striking was a very sturdy carrying system and an aluminum reinforced frame - something you rarely see on packaging of its size. This venerable design was chosen in 2013 as the basis for the development of what would become the Jääkäri M, the first in the modern range of Savotta packs with a construction and functionality of military quality. This worked out very well and the Jääkäri M was followed by his siblings: the Jääkäri S, L and XL.
