    With the Mechanix Tempest, the hand back and top of the fingers are made of tried and tested flame and heat-protective Nomex fibres with leather passement, the palm is of supple leather and the spaces between the fingers are made of cotton. The glove offers an optimal combination of functionality and comfort without limiting freedom of movement. The snug fit including flat cuffs reduces the volume and the Tempest becomes a second skin. The goat leather on the thumb and index finger improves grip and allows the use of touchscreen devices. The leather combination of the palm ensures an exceptionally homogeneous fit, especially when handling weapons and other police operations. The closing width is adjusted with a Velcro fastening. Material Hand back of 100% aramid (93% Nomex, 5% Kevlar, 2% carbon) with finishing 100% leather. Palm of 100% leather lined with an inner lining of 100% cotton. 100% cotton between the fingers.
