FDF DROP LEG PANEL
Can be attached to a belt or carrying vest, originally designed for and currently in use by the Finnish Armed Forces. SR buckles for quick fast fast attachment and decoupling allow the user to easily scale their worn equipment up or down, quite commonly used as a support platform for gas masks. The compact and minimalist Vigilant Chest Rig allows the wearer to carry the equipment needed to enter the field. It can be worn directly on the combat suit using the H-bands or directly on the plategilet, it has 2 T-adapters to fit into the MOLLE loops of the waistcoat. It can hold 4 AR long gun magazines (FAMAS, AR15, HK 416, G36, AR10 and AK 47) and 2 PA handgun magazines. It has a multi-pen admin compartment, a combat notebook, and a sturdy phone. There is also a small zippered pocket for a grenade. The abdominal pocket is attached to the chest with a Velcro strap and can be used for abdominal protection or as a MEDIC, EOD or other bag. Two Cyalume glowsticks can be worn on the sides of the box. This compact and versatile Chest Rig is suitable for indoor, outdoor and training missions. Designed with direct input from active S.F. Operators. The DCS is suitable for both Special Forces requirements and PSD operations. The DCS can contain large plates at the front and back and has the option to wear side plates "6 x 6" or "6 x 8". NEXUS N.I.J. Level 3a Front, Back and Side Armor can also be used with I.C.W. style plates and for additional protection against I.E.D.s armor carrier, with detachable sides. The shoulders are fully adjustable and have an emergency release on one side, which frees the left shoulder area and allows the operator to remove the rig without taking off his helmet. The side sections of the DCS are fully adjustable in size and can be adjusted in less than 15 seconds. 3D Spacer Mesh lining is used for comfort and allows body heat away from the body surface while helping with airflow to cool.
