The upper is placed in a specially designed mold. Then several layers of PU foam are poured into it. During this process, the sole and upper material are fastened together. Lightweight For this process, a plastic called polyurethane is used. It is a very light foam filling. Damping The plastic polyurethane is a foam filling with very good damping properties. The plastic retains its shape and bounces back to its original state, even when the millions of small bubbles are often pressed together. This, in turn, creates a good rebound effect. A wide range of design options Thanks to direct injection, the sole can be designed in a very large number of ways.
