The MX042 plate carrier is the MX version of the well-known LT042/II plate carrier. It is fully MOLLE/PALS compatible thanks to laser cuts on the front and back. The Multiaxial laminate not only reduces weight, but also reduces water absorption compared to webbing sheet carriers.
Quick to detach and attach
It is equipped with our patented hook buckle on the shoulder and waist straps. This allows the plate carrier to be lowered in seconds, whether it is an injury, a fall into the water, or a change in the hazard or operational situation. A strong tug in any direction will suffice. It can be removed quickly.
Integrated admin tray
The plate carrier has an integrated administrative pocket under the fleece surface on the front. The inside of the bag is equipped with elastic loops for sorting and
and attachment of smaller attachments.
Compatible with a variety of plate sizes
The MX042 plate carrier is available in sizes M and L, each suitable for the plate sizes SAPI M and SAPI L. The plate is inserted from below and held firmly in place by the plate carrier. The plate is inserted from below and held firmly in place by the plate attachment strap.
Smaller or specially shaped plates (e.g. Swimmers Cut) are also held firmly in the correct position with the help of the fastening strap.
Additional Velcro pockets (e.g. MX174, LT112, LT104) can be attached to the Velcro fastener of the plate. An extra strap makes it easier to open the record compartment.
Easy waist belt adjustment
The three-row skeletonized waist belt can be individually adjusted, even when secured thanks to a lacing system and a cord stopper.
Two different cord thicknesses are included in the scope of delivery. These offer varying levels of resistance and flexibility to adapt to
needs and changing clothing under the plate carrier (jacket vs. field shirt).
Narrow shoulder strap
The shoulder strap of the plate carrier can be adjusted with a Velcro fastener, allowing adjustment even when the carrier is on. The narrow 25 mm
Hook buckle on the shoulder straps provides the user with more space for attaching a shoulder rest. There are also MOLLE/PALS slots on the shoulder strap, which can be used for cable management or attaching additional pockets.
Fleece surfaces inside and outside
Patches can be attached to the fleece panels at the top of the front and back for personalisation and labelling. In addition
fleece panels on the inside of the plate carrier for attaching padding (e.g. LT250) or additional pockets (e.g. MX634 radio bag or LT241 turnstile holder).
Quick to set up and convert
Our MX042 plate carrier can be quickly and flexibly adapted to different situations and tasks. It has a large fleece surface on the front
for front panels (MX231 & MX234), which can be fastened with a buckle or via a Velcro loop. Alternatively, breastplate (e.g. MX266) or micro rigs (MX886/MX887) can also be attached here. Furthermore, the plate carrier is compatible with LHT backpacks thanks to loops on the waist and shoulder strap. Zipper panels (LT632 and LT400/II) can be quickly and easily attached to the zippers on the back.
Intelligent cable management
The MX042 plate carrier provides an intelligent cable management system that enables the organized routing of cables and drinking tubes. Thanks to the
Seams, which can be opened at the front and back, can be routed cables through the plate compartments. This means that the cables do not protrude and
Damage or obstructions, e.g. when changing magazines, are avoided.
The front section also has back-to-back loops for cable routing
