Super small and extremely light. To keep warm, turn the silver side towards the person and wrap him/her completely in the emergency blanket (leaving the face free!). Do not wrap too tightly. The rescue blanket only warms by reflecting the heat radiation from the body. The emergency blanket must close properly and must not flap. In ice and snow, the golden side of the blanket is clearly visible and is usually seen as a distress signal. To protect against overheating, the emergency blanket can be spread out as a sunscreen, but the person should not be wrapped up. If the silver side is facing the body, the body heat is reflected and hypothermia is prevented. When the gold side faces the body, strong rays of the sun are reflected and heat is kept away from the body.
