Durability
Sustainable and ethical products. Carbon neutral production: The research was conducted in accordance with the main principles of ISO 14040 and ISO 14044. All waste streams from the production phase are reused. The wood for the material comes from certified forests in Finland. We use EKOenergy and electricity from our own solar panels. The factory is heated with residual heat and carbon-neutral electricity. Each item ages beautifully and retains its qualities. You can tell from the wooden smell how fresh the product is – the stronger the smell, the newer the product! At the end of their long lifespan, the products can be recycled, incinerated for heat energy or sent back to the manufacturer for reuse.
