The ML2 generation 3 lamp now has a rotating housing, a more powerful dual magnet and a magnetic charging interface. The special feature of the ML2 clamp lamp is its ultraviolet (UV) technology, which offers a high degree of recognition and has been specially developed for checking European currency and documents with high security features. Thanks to its small size, double magnet and features (clip and MOLLE systems), the ELYTER ML 2 is the most powerful hands-free UV detector on the market. It is a lamp with 5 different lighting, marking and signal modes that can be controlled with a single button. It has an instant-access emergency mode that allows the user to be visible from up to 500 m away when a reflective vest is not sufficient in total darkness. Until now, all current UV lamps have been designed only for US documents and are therefore partially or completely unusable for the secure verification of European identity documents and currencies.
