The 5.11 UCR Slingpack provides the best overview and optimal organization of your Medic equipment.
This compact single-shoulder sling bag is at least as straightforward and practical as a shoulder bag. However, it stands out less at the back, as it is narrowly built and sits on the back as high as other backpacks. The material used here by 5.11 feels pleasantly soft.
Fast missions? No problem: an extra diagonal conveyor belt keeps the 5.11 UCR Slingpack reliable on your back.

The bag offers storage space for numerous materials for hemostasis and wound care. The compression straps at the bottom of the bag or on the side serve as a holder for the 5.11 UCR Litter towel or a light jacket. The 5.11 UCR Slingpack has a drop-front opening with side straps, ergonomically placed handles, inner pockets with extra rubber fasteners and a large velcro surface of laser-cut MOLLE at the front. The wide shoulder strap is padded and can also be secured with a safety strap.

The UCR system was developed in collaboration between Combat and Tactical Medics, police officers and medical professionals from the US, i.e. people who can all be in the role of first aid in an emergency scenario. The Hartford Consensus states that hemostatic wound care is the most urgent measure of penetrative trauma. The UCR Slingpack, the Thigh Rig and IFAK Pouch are designed to ensure the fastest possible access to hemostatic wound care materials.

The 5.11 Urban Casualty Response (UCR) system is designed to equip first responders and professional users with professional medical equipment that helps to respond to Active Shooter or Mass Casualty Incidents (AS/MCI). In particular, the UCR system supports points 2 and 3 of the T.H.R.E.A.T. Hartford consensus minutes.
