The Lowa Zephyr MK2 GTX HI is a mission boot with the ideal balance of maneuverability, lightness and stability. The HI-CUT upper provides the support needed during skydiving and fast roping. The upper is made of a combination of water-repellent, tear-resistant suede and abrasion-resistant, breathable CORDURA® material. An innovative locking hook makes it possible to adjust the laces individually at the forefoot and ankle. The waterproof, highly breathable GORE-TEX Extended Comfort laminate is ideal for use in temperate or relatively wet environments. The double-layer PU midsole with a MONOWRAP® frame surrounds and supports the foot like an exoskeleton. The ZEPHYR MK2 GTX HI is certified as a work footwear according to EN ISO 20347:2012. It is antistatic and has a cold and heat-insulating sole. The outsole is not only non-slip - it is also resistant to oil, gasoline and contact heat. Lightweight For this process, a plastic called polyurethane is used. It is a very light foam filling. Damping The plastic polyurethane is a foam filling with very good damping properties.
