- Breakthrough products are non-flammable despite their chemical constituents. In fact, a product is considered flammable if its flash point is below 55°C. The flash point of Breakthrough products is 65°C (150°F), i.e. 12°C above the requirements of the U.S. Military Standard (Mil-Spec).
- The freezing point of Breakthrough products is not yet known. They have been tested at a temperature of -120°C (-190°F) without freezing.
- Breakthrough products do not have a use-by date and have an unlimited shelf life.
