The adjuster makes it easy to adjust the size of the equipment strap when changing from heavy winter clothing to light summer clothing
Attach it to the right side of the belt and then thread it through the buckle
The buckle is still on the left side and you use the belt as you are used to
The safety belt is used as usual on top of the adjuster
